Agreement

By using Satya, you agree to these terms.

1. What Satya is

Satya gives you AI-generated health information for learning only. It is not a medical device and does not give diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decisions.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Do not rely on Satya for emergencies.
  • Do not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material.
  • Keep your account information accurate.
  • Complete the in-app consent steps before using the service.
  • Be at least 16 years old.

3. Plans & daily limits

Satya offers two plans:

  • Base (free): 30 chat messages/day, 10 TTS playbacks/day, 7-day chat history. Voice agent and file upload not included.
  • Premium ($14.99 / month): 150 chat messages/day, 80 TTS playbacks/day, 5 minutes of live voice agent/day, 10 file uploads/day, unlimited chat history.

Limits reset daily at UTC midnight. We may adjust limits with notice; current values are always shown via the in-app entitlement endpoint.

4. Subscriptions, payments & cancellation

  • Premium is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at signup. Prices are in USD unless noted.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime via “Manage subscription” in your profile (opens Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.
  • If a payment fails, your account stays on Premium for a 7-day grace period while we retry. After that, the account is downgraded to Base.
  • Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or where we offer a written exception. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days.

6. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app in line with these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the app.

7. Limitations

AI responses may be wrong or incomplete. Satya is not responsible for medical decisions you make. Always consult a healthcare provider.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end accounts for misuse, payment failure beyond the grace period, or violation of these terms or our policies. You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Satya is not liable for losses from relying on the app, health outcomes, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Satya operates. Disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over that location.
