Account & sign-in
Cannot log in
Use the “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” link on the login screen. If your reset email never arrives, check spam, then contact support.
Delete my account
Profile menu → Delete account. This permanently removes your messages, preferences, and subscription. Past Stripe invoices are retained per tax law.
Subscription & billing
Upgrade to Premium
Profile menu → Manage subscription (or visit /upgrade/). Payment is processed by Stripe; card data never reaches our servers. On mobile, the “Upgrade” button opens the web checkout in your browser.
Cancel my subscription
Profile menu → Manage subscription → Cancel plan in the Stripe portal. Premium access continues until the end of your current billing month.
Update my card
Profile menu → Manage subscription → Update payment method.
I was charged but didn’t get Premium
Stripe webhooks usually activate Premium within 1–2 seconds of payment. If your tier still says Base after 5 minutes, sign out and back in to refresh entitlement, then contact support with your Stripe receipt.
Refund request
Email support within 14 days of the charge.
Daily limits
I hit my daily limit
Limits reset at UTC midnight. Free plans get 30 chat / 10 TTS per day. Premium gets 150 chat / 80 TTS / 5 min of live voice / 10 file uploads per day. Tap “Upgrade” on the limit-reached screen for higher caps.
What counts as one chat message?
Each message you send counts as one toward your daily chat cap. Replies from Satya do not count.
Voice & microphone
Voice or microphone not working
- Web: Allow microphone access when the browser asks. Check site settings if it was blocked.
- Mobile: Enable microphone permission for Satya in your device Settings.
Voice agent (live)
Available on Premium only, capped at 5 minutes/day. The session ends automatically when the cap is reached.
App behavior
Slow or no AI responses
Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page (web) or restarting the app (mobile).
Older chats are missing from the sidebar
Free plans only show the last 7 days. Older sessions are not deleted — upgrade to Premium and they reappear.
Privacy & data
What data is shared with AI providers?
Microsoft Azure OpenAI receives your message text with personal identifiers (name, email, phone, date of birth) replaced by placeholders. Age and gender are kept so responses can be tailored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Data export
Email support to request an export of your account data. We’ll respond within 30 days.
